Enhanced Guest Profile Management
Manage your guest’s information more efficiently by adding a description to their Guest Profile. A new field titled “Profile Description” has been added to the POS Guest Profile screen where you can add guest details such as date of birth, anniversaries, and other relevant information. Learn more about Profile Description.
Notifications for Updated Waiver Renewals
You can now send push notifications that prompt customers to sign their updated waiver upon renewal or expiration. This new feature is automatically triggered when you upload your new waiver.
Approve Staff Time Clock Adjustments
TRAY now offers the ability to approve or deny Time Entry edits. This new feature allows users to adjust any clock in/clock out errors, which can be reviewed on the POS and HQ by upper management. All modifications can be found in the new Time Entry Report.
