Shift Checkout Report for Staff
TRAY now supports the ability to print an End of Shift report directly from the POS. This new feature allows for easier employee checkouts.

Merge, Transfer, or Edit Multiple Checks
You now have the ability to refund tips exclusive of the entire check payment. Therefore, if a customer or staff member wrongly enters a tip, it’s now easier to correct the mistake with the tip refund feature.

This new feature allows staff members to clock in or out of their “Break” on the POS. With the ability to manage staff “Breaks” you can expect more accurate reporting and less time spent doing payroll.

Performing Bank Deposits From TRAY

From TRAY POS you now have the ability to record a bank deposit and view the deposits on your reports to help you keep your accounts balanced.

Enhanced Cash Handling Features

You now have the ability to move and recognize cash moved out of one drawer and into another drawer to facilitate cash “drops” and “drawer loans”.

Assign Multiple Staff Roles
You can now assign multiple staff roles for your employees. Now, in HQ under “Staff” you have the ability to quickly assign any number of staff roles per user, making it easier to manage time-keeping for employees who work multiple positions.
