Peter is primarily responsible for leading the company and product vision.

Peter holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT where he graduated with a perfect GPA. He worked as a Software Engineer, Design Engineer and Architect at enterprise companies such as EMC, RSA Security and VERITAS before joining the product team at Google.

He holds over 35 patents in data replication technologies and is in the Guinness Book of World Records with his brother Manolis and sister Maria for highest acceptance rate to MIT from a single family.

Peter decided to create TRAY in order to apply his expertise in moving information around to the problem of large scale on-premise mobile ordering. His goal is to improve service around the world and make it a fair and personable experience.

Peter likes tennis and any outdoor or hydraulic activity. If there’s one thing he doesn’t like, it’s waiting in line

Kevin is an experienced Engineering and Technology Leader who is adamant about building products that help customers succeed. He has over two decades of experience supporting large, global enterprises through mission-critical, cloud-based, and mobile solutions. Kevin has years of experience leading transformation efforts across process and architecture that he brings to the table at TRAY. His leadership philosophy is deeply based in curiosity, clarity and accountability.

Kevin calls Gainesville, FL home. He lives with his wife and three teenage children, and small Shih-poo puppy. When Kevin is not working you can find him training with a local CrossFit gym, enjoying University of Florida sporting events (Go Gators!), drinking a Chai Latte, volunteering with his church, or spending quality time with his family. Kevin has a Computer Science degree and an MBA from the University of Florida.

Amy has built a career earning customer loyalty and building high functioning teams who adopt that same mantra and strive towards long-term mutually successful partnerships. She is well versed in all aspects of the customer experience – beginning with a seamless handoff from sales, helping customers adopt solutions through training, installations and best practice consulting, and then ensuring ongoing satisfaction though outstanding support and maintenance services.

Amy and her team have well over 100 years of experience enabling customer success, having worked with several household brands in the industry to deploy and maintain various restaurant POS solutions. In her background, she has run multiple 24x7x365 helpdesks and managed multiple services and development teams ranging from 12 employees to 1000+ team members globally.

Amy calls Milton, GA home, which is short for “horse country north of Atlanta”. Originally from Wisconsin, she lives with her husband and two shenanigan-loving children, and in her spare time, she can be found at a horse barn, attempting to stay one step ahead of her kids in a chess game or cheering for Green Bay during NFL season.

Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree from Carroll University.

When organizations need strategies rooted in pragmatism and innovation, they look to Christopher. He’s built tech companies and cloud-based solutions, cross-discipline departments and global operations, and held leadership roles including CEO and President along the way. His career in the restaurant and technology game began decades ago as a restaurant and hotel operator in England, South Africa and Kenya. Over the years, he’s helped companies grow into industry-leading, financially strong organizations. Christopher gains buy-in through transformational strategies that simplify core business systems and further the vision for growth through multimillion-dollar IT systems innovations.

An entrepreneur at heart; founded companies in Telecom, Sports, and Media. Grew the revenue from zero to over 300M coupled with creating over 700 jobs in less than 4 years. Relocated to the US in 2013 and founded Graphene Ventures, a VC fund focused on direct investments primarily in early stage startups. That said, Graphene occasionally invests in late stage private technology companies. The firm was an early investor in companies which are publicly listed on NYSE ( Snap, Inc. and Lyft, Inc.). In addition; it facilitated and accelerated companies’ expansion plans to the Middle East through advising, creating partnerships, and JVs in the Gulf Council Countries (GCC).
