Nation’s Restaurant News notes that iHop’s deployment of TRAY has hit a major milestone of 1,500 stores live, enabling iHOP to move from a legacy POS to a fully cloud-based Android POS solution without replacing their hardware.

Working with the iHOP Team within DINE Brands, TRAY was able to manage the conversion process for the franchisee community hitting an average velocity of over 60 stores per week converted. Given that this was done without any new investment in hardware, the franchisees were able to activate over 10,000 tablets running TRAY in iHop stores across the United States and Canada. With the new TRAY platform and tablets, iHOP franchisees were able to see a 30% improvement in table turn time as well as a 20% lift in tips – without a significant capital investment! Thank you to Nation’s Restaurant News for recognizing this achievement!
